About The Role As a Support Operations Senior Officer your ultimate responsibility is to work alongside and assist the Support Operations Supervisor.
You will also be expected to provide superior service and support to all internal and external customers in every instance and ensure all allocated tasks are completed accurately in a timely and efficient manner whilst complying with all Auswide Bank policies and procedures.
This role is located within our Support Operations Team, who are a key component to supporting our critical operations by providing superior service as part of our greater Support Services Team.
Key Responsibilities Assist in training the Support Operations Team and broader workforce through a model of continuous improvement, sharing of knowledge, and updating process material where required Accurately complete all reconciliations, audit tasks, reporting and accounts payable functions allocated to Support Services Complete tasks to fulfill our regulatory requirements; APS910, Unclaimed Monies and AML Reporting Checking, filing, retention and destruction of documentation Manage & Assist with all Mail and Stationery tasks Releasing Information to third parties Managing Bpay Investigation and Error Correction requests Provide Support to Branches for Cash Ordering and Returns Manage damaged note and coin claims Assist with all aspect of Support Services first line defence requirements to identify abnormalities in Auswide Bank's Policies, Procedures and Products Term & Conditions and Legislative obligations.
