Highly developed knowledge of:Exchange and AD administrationMessage Transfer AgentsMicrosoft Skype administrationCarry phone, be on an on-call rosterExperience with XMPP chat toolExpertise with Lotus Domino productsExperience with VoIP trunkingStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with Nutanix, Fortinet family of software, Cisco networking, HYKU, Citrix, Microsoft products, Titus, Liquidware, Ivanti, Red Hat, Tanium, Netbox, Carbon Black, ICINGA system monitoring, and Prometheus.
