Level 3 Communications, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a motivated and confident Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support to customers via phone, email, and online chat
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Assist with training and onboarding new customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer support or technical support role
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
