About the role A vacancy exists at our Pakenham Branch for an enthusiastic and diligent person to join our team in providing farming products to our diverse group of Rural Producer Customers.
We are enjoying strong growth in our business and are looking for the right people to join us.
Responsibilities Provide Complete Delivery and Logistics Support: Assist with the storage, handling, receiving, and dispatching of stock safely while ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Support Sales Agronomists by picking, packing, and delivering rural products to clients across West Gippsland, Yarra Valley, and Mornington Peninsula.Ensure Safe and Efficient Operations: Operate heavy rigid trucks and forklifts with attention to safety, ensuring smooth delivery and handling of farming products in a team-focused environment.Contribute to Stock Management and Customer Satisfaction: Assist with stock takes and other logistics activities as needed, maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring customer orders are completed efficiently with attention to detail and excellent time management.About you You have a strong attention to detail and are highly organized, enabling you to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.While a farming background is beneficial, you're adaptable and willing to learn, making you a great fit for a team environment.You hold a Heavy Rigid Truck and Forklift Licence and are committed to maintaining safety standards while performing your role.About Elders Elders is proud to be the last Australian-listed major agribusiness and the most trusted agribusiness brand in Australia.
