- Maintain an organized record of client interactions, feedback, and issues to improve service delivery.

- **Administrative Assistance:**
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document management, and scheduling meetings.
- Prepare and manage reports related to customer satisfaction, feedback, and operational efficiency.

- **Collaboration & Coordination:**
- Collaborate with various teams, both locally and internationally, to streamline processes and enhance communication.
- Assist in planning and executing events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.

- **Training & Development:**
- Participate in training programs to develop product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Contribute to the team's knowledge base by documenting processes and sharing insights regarding common client issues.

- **Project Involvement:**
- Support specific projects by performing tasks as needed, ensuring timely completion of goals and objectives.
- Utilize time management and organizational skills to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus but not required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a global or multicultural environment.
