**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
- Deliver product and service information, guiding customers in a clear and confident manner.

2. **Administrative Assistance:**
- Perform administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.

3. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Foster a positive team environment by contributing to team objectives and supporting colleagues.
- Participate in team meetings, offering insights and suggestions that improve workflow.

4. **Problem Solving:**
- Proactively identify problems and implement solutions promptly and effectively.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay informed about industry best practices and product knowledge.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new employees, sharing knowledge and expertise.

5. **Reporting and Feedback:**
- Provide regular feedback to management on customer interactions and service efficiency.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved issues.
- Track and analyze support trends to identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or related field of study preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in a support or customer service role.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about providing support and improving customer experiences.
- Confident in addressing customer concerns and advocating for solutions.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence in managing relationships and understanding customer needs.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teammates.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for technical issues.
