Positioned within the Students Strategic Planning and Policy division, the Support Officer works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including students, staff, and community members.Working in our Customer Support Contact Centre, this role is essential to maintaining a high standard of customer service, with a focus on student-centred solutions and process efficiency. Collaboration, adaptability, and adherence to policies are key components of this role, ensuring TAFE SA's business operations run effectively.Special ConditionsThe successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed.
