About the role
The Support Officer (Student Experience) at TAFE SA plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality education programs by providing comprehensive administrative and customer support.
Positioned within the Students Strategic Planning and Policy division, the Support Officer works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including students, staff, and community members.
Working in our Customer Support Contact Centre, this role is essential to maintaining a high standard of customer service, with a focus on student-centred solutions and process efficiency.
Collaboration, adaptability, and adherence to policies are key components of this role, ensuring TAFE SA's business operations run effectively.
Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed.
Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).
Some out of hour's work may be required during peak periods in line with business needs.The incumbent may need to travel to an alternative location, when required.Intrastate and interstate travel as well as overnight absences may be required.Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Development Program.Eligible to work in Australia.Application Instructions All applications must be submitted online.
