Position Overview: As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing outstanding help desk support to our clients while assisting with graphic design tasks.
You will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction by addressing technical issues promptly, coordinating with various teams for swift problem resolution, and helping to maintain our brand identity through graphic design projects.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Support and Help Desk: Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or help desk software.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hosting, networking, applications, and software.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain accurate records of client issues and resolutions using the help desk ticketing system.
Provide training and guidance to customers on IT services, software applications, and best practices.
Graphic Design Support: Create, update, and maintain visual assets for marketing materials, web content, and customer communications.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design graphics for social media posts, newsletters, and client presentations.
Assist with branding projects to ensure consistency and creativity across all platforms.
Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction levels, identifying areas for process improvement.
Document and share best practices for issue resolution to enhance the overall help desk workflow.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role within the IT industry.
Proficiency with help desk ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools.
Strong knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW).
Familiarity with IT hosting environments and common web hosting control panels.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on delivering superior customer service.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
