The primary responsibility of this role is to serve as the welcoming and friendly first point of contact for the company, providing direct support to the branches management team.
Your typical day will look like this
Answering incoming calls and respond accordinglyMonitor and manage multiple email accounts and act upon/direct to necessary areas of the business Process customer orders/payments, both over the phone and over the counterData entry of purchase orders, sales orders, accounts payable and receivable (multiple entities)Reconciliation of daily sales, credit card expenditure and other business-related expenses (multiple entities)Resource procurementDebt recoveryFiling, record management, data entry and general support on varied ad hoc support tasks Essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate Excel, Xero, and M365 applications
Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and excellent organizational abilities
Contributes positively as a team member, demonstrates a good sense of humor, and upholds integrity in all interactions
Desirable Experience in Unleashed Inventory Software
