Our vision is to establish a robust EMR foundation and add clinical modules and functionality over time. We are actively sourcing two (2) experienced Support Officers to join our project with positions based in either Brisbane QLD or Sydney NSW. Reporting to the Implementation Leads, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and enhancing the overall user experience. In addition to the expertise you will bring, you will join an experienced, engaged and dedicated Project team that is committed to transforming patient care for St Vincent's Health Australia.
Both positions will be offered on a Fixed Term Full-Time arrangement until 28 February 2025.

Key responsibilities of the role: Supporting implementation of the EMR Investigating and resolving problems effectively and within project timeframes Providing quality support for project leads, colleagues and stakeholders Identifying and analysing information to develop innovation strategies and solutions to enhance project operations Share your ideas that will bring better ways of working and solving IT related problems and/or delays Supporting change management and communication activities.
