About the role As the Support Officer – Client Engagement you will ensure that clients receive a professional and efficient service that meets their nutritional and community support needs. Assist in the effective delivery of the Meals on Wheels program across the ACT.
What you will bring Working knowledge and relevant experience with relevant Food Safety regulations and requirements. Working knowledge and relevant experience in working within organisational policies and contractual requirements relevant to the community services sector Sound communication and interpersonal skills including with people from a wide range of backgrounds Sound knowledge and proficiency in use of software applications including databases and Microsoft suite of programs A Working With Vulnerable People Check is required along with some manual handling requirements Why work with us? Further information This role is covered by the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award – Level 3. Salary from $71,155.76 FTE + superannuation + salary packaging.
