This is an exciting opportunity to develop and increase your IT skills. This role is the first point of contact for customer support requests and provides generalist ICT support to efficiently and effectively resolve tickets.
Core duties:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding technical issues with our products and servicesDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problemsProvide customers with step-by-step solutions to technical issuesEscalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams as necessaryGPK Group invites suitable applicants from outside Melbourne to apply as we also have offices in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide! What you'll bring to the roleAs our ideal candidate, you will join with 3 years of relevant experience along with intermediate end-user ICT skills, especially in Microsoft technologies, and good data entry skills.
While not mandatory, having tertiary qualification in ICT and MCSE and/or MCSA certification would be highly advantageous.
