Pathfinder Recruitment is bringing on a new and exciting opportunity for a Support Engineer to join a team in Ballarat, Victoria.
We are looking for someone with a passion for IT that can tackle issues, find solutions and grow within the business.
You will be responsible for handling and providing support of service requests in a professional and timely manner.
To be successful you'll need:
Experience working at a Managed Services Provider Experience with MS Azure and O365 Services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams) Experience with Microsoft Services Experience with Windows Server & Virtualization Technologies (VMware and Hyper-V) Active Directory & Exchange Server Excellent communication and customer service skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
