Your Opportunity Join our team as a Support Manager on a full-time, permanent basis (Monday to Friday), where you will lead a dynamic team who provide personalised case management support to our clients who are experiencing homelessness. Your leadership will make a significant impact on their journey toward stability and wellbeing.
The Support Coordinator will supervise and provide guidance to Lead Recovery Workers, Indigenous Housing Mentors and other Community Service Workers and will report to the Program Manager.
Your Key Responsibilities Contribute to the effective functioning of the program and other administrative requirements Provide supervision and offer regular training and development opportunities to staff Provide strong Case Management leadership to staff who work with clients Actively participate and engage in interagency meetings, forums and outreach services Monitor Housing facilities to ensure safety and regulatory obligations are met Complete a range of internal and external reports as required by Program Manager Requirements for Success: Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Behavioural Sciences or Community Services Experience and knowledge in a similar role working within the homelessness sector Proven experience in the Management and Development of staff Senior First Aid Certificate Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
