The Role: Retirement Living Support Coordinator We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual for the position of Retirement Living Support Coordinator at Baptcare Strathalan Retirement Living, located in Macleod, Victoria .
This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless delivery of excellent customer satisfaction and support within our retirement living community.
Key Tasks: Administrative Excellence: Manage resident enquiries, order office supplies, manage mail, petty cash, direct debit, invoices, and internal forms.
Handle reception duties and distribute documents as required.
Support the Retirement Living Manager as required Sales and Marketing Support: Prepare sales and marketing collateral for prospective purchasers.
Aid in the sales process, organizing tours, and preparing necessary contracts.
Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain records to meet Baptcare policies and procedures.
Manage staff rosters and attend resident meetings, providing and distributing minutes.
Communication and Relationship Building: Maintain clear communication with staff, including RAC and Central Office.
Develop and implement social activities to enhance residents' lifestyles.
Community Engagement: Ensure residents have access to a wider community and support internal community connections.
Manage volunteers with assistance from the Volunteer Coordinator.
Confidentiality and Complaint Resolution: Handle complaints promptly and forward them to the Retirement Living Manager for resolution.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal information of residents and stakeholders.
Requirements: Proven expertise in administration and customer service.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with electronic databases (Riskman).
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
