We are committed to providing specialized support services that are customized to meet the diverse needs of our clients, fostering empowerment through proficient NDIS support. We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and independent individual to become a valuable member of our team.Candidate Requirements:Possesses a pre-established client network.Proven experience in Support Coordination roles.Commitment to meet a straightforward KPI structure of 25 billable hours weekly.Collaborative team member yet capable of working autonomously and efficiently.In-depth knowledge of NDIS, emphasizing the significance of choice and control for participants.Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.Advanced critical thinking and meticulous organizational skills.Proficient in time management and prioritizing tasks.Skilled in building trust and rapport with various stakeholders.Proficient in MS Office and other essential software tools.Familiar with practices and guidelines relevant to NDIS.Thorough understanding and experience in facilitating or coordinating community-based inclusive services for individuals with disabilities.Capable of managing complex inquiries under tight deadlines and competing priorities.Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or other Allied Health fields are preferred but not required.Holds a Certificate IV in Disability, Mental Health, or another pertinent qualification in human services, coupled with applicable experience.Quick learner or knowledgeable about the Disability Services Act, National Disability Insurance Scheme Act, and NDIS Operational Guidelines.Valuable lived or learned experience relating to disabilities.We are eager to add an innovative and motivated individual to our team.
