The team is the first point of contact for NDIS participants, families, and Support Coordinators who are seeking information about New Horizons or who have chosen us to provide services for them under an NDIS plan.Your role exists to coordinate the delivery of services to clients and support staff and clients in achieving the identified program outcomes.
You will increase customers' engagement in the planning and delivery of their supports, promoting choice and providing exceptional experiences by ensuring that wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do.
