About the role
Join the Student Experience Admissions Team at TAFE SA and play a crucial role in supporting the admissions process for both SATAC and Direct cohorts. As a Support Coordinator, you will work closely with educational business units to schedule enrolment activities and facilitate outbound email and phone campaigns to engage prospective students.
This role is ideal for someone with strong scheduling or rostering experience who thrives in stakeholder management, liaising with education managers, lecturers, and frontline staff to ensure smooth enrolment operations. Your organizational skills will be key in ensuring the success of enrolment events and campaigns.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).
Out of hours work will be required. Intrastate and interstate travel may be required. Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Development Program. The incumbent may be required to attend promotional events such as IE events, Expos, Career Days, Field Days and School Engagement (internal tours/external events), when required. The incumbent may be required to work in different teams as workload demand changes. Please refer to the Role Description for all Special Conditions.
