About The Role
As a Support Care and Administration Officer, you will be integral to LifeFlight Foundation's goal of raising funds for life-saving equipment, new facilities, critical care doctors and beyond. Your role supports our investment in vital training, research, and innovation programs, all aimed at discovering more ways to save lives and ensuring that every individual has equitable access to life-saving healthcare, regardless of their location.
This full-time, 12 month fixed-term maternity leave position is based in our Robina office. In this role, you'll be responsible for the efficient processing and management of all fundraising transactions. This involves:
Transaction Processing: Accurately handle all fundraising transactions, including data entry, banking, and receipting.
Supporter Experience: Deliver exceptional supporter experiences across various channels.
Financial Coordination: Coordinate daily with the LifeFlight Finance team for smooth information transfer.
Compliance: Ensure receipting aligns with internal, external, and legislative requirements.
Data Management/Processing: Data entry and administration within Salesforce CRM. Exporting, cleaning and formatting of data within Excel.
Relationship Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
About You

Experience: Previous experience in data processing and customer care role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, and CRM tools.

Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.

Salary Packaging Options: As an employee of LifeFlight, you have the opportunity to benefit from salary packaging, allowing you to allocate up to $15,900 per Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) year towards general living expenses. This includes covering various everyday costs like groceries, petrol, mortgage, rent, and school fees, providing you with added financial flexibility and support.
