Job Description:

Motorola Solutions is currently seeking a Support Associate to work from home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time position suitable for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, independent, a team player, and possess excellent persuasion skills.

Responsibilities:1. Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers3. Manage and prioritize multiple customer inquiries4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends7. Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team

Requirements:1. 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team4. Strong problem-solving skills5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software6. Ability to work from home and maintain a professional work environment7. High school diploma or equivalent
