Job Description Full-time or part-time (32 hour per week) available, max term until June 2025 Boronia Based, Co-located Community Spaces and Outreach on the lands of the Wurundjeri, Boon Wurrung & Bunurong Peoples SACS Level 4 Classified Generous Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 free income tax per year As a Support and Engagement Coordinator, you will manage a designated case load with a mix of individual clients and the Community and Management of SRS (Supported Residential Services) facilities.
Services are delivered flexibly, both in the community and within the facility, and can be tailored to individual needs, either 1:1 or in groups.

As a member of the SRS Outreach and Assistance team, you will play a pivotal role in uplifting residents and proprietors through innovative capacity-building techniques.
Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with residents to identify unmet health and social needs and connecting them with the necessary services and supports.
Encouraging greater resident engagement in a variety of activities, both within their SRS and in the broader community.
Supporting proprietors and SRS staff in honing their skills and capacities to better understand resident needs, improve support planning, and effectively manage challenging behaviours.
Partnering with health and community support services to enhance accessibility for SRS residents and improve their responsiveness to proprietors and staff.
