How will I help?
As a Support Analyst, you will be taking the first steps in your career in technology! This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has some experience working in a corporate environment, has a background/education/certification in Technology and is seriously looking to build their career in Tech!
As a Support Analyst, you will support our wider Service Desk Operations team who are responsible for assisting internal customers with their IT enquiries. In this role, you will engage in reporting, analysis, administration and ticket-based tasks to ensure the team is running effectively. You will report to the Service Manager, who will support you to learn and grow in this role.
This is a fantastical stepping stone for an individual who is serious about wanting a career in Tech, who already has some technical knowledge and skills and is willing to learn. This role will require you to attend the Adelaide office for training and then become a hybrid role (2 days in the office) once you are proficient and able to work autonomously.
