Supply Planner

Immediate Opportunity: Supply Planner Are you a Supply Planner with a strong track record in FMCG or Retail, specifically in supermarket environments?
We're seeking an analytical and proactive planner to support our supply chain, focusing on stock flow, availability and waste reduction across multiple channels.
What You'll Do: - Day-to-Day Supply Management: Oversee inventory levels, optimise stock cover and troubleshoot supply chain challenges to maintain product availability.
- Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to address compliance, optimise performance and reduce end-to-end costs.
- Supply Chain Optimisation: Conduct reviews and identify improvement opportunities, with a commercial focus on reducing waste and maximising efficiency.
What You'll Bring: - Experience in FMCG or supermarket supply chain planning - Analytical Skills to monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvements - Stakeholder Engagement with teams across Distribution Centers, stores and suppliers.
Location: At least 2 days per week at the Hawthorn East Office.
