Job Description Manage prodution planning to ensure seamless supply of materials Forecast production and supply planning and adjust inventory levels accordingly Work closely with production and supply chain teams to optimise processes Lead supply chain projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs Monitor and report on KPIs to senior management Identify risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives The Successful Applicant A successful Supply Planner should have: A degree in supply chain management, business or a related field Experience in a FMCG industry or manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of production planning and supply planning Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and negotiation skills What's on Offer A competitive salary in the range of AUD 100,000 - AUD 110,000 per year An inclusive and supportive company culture Opportunities for professional development and career progression Excellent holiday leave entitlement The chance to make a real impact in a leading industrial manufacturing company We encourage prospective candidates who are eager to make their mark in the industrial manufacturing sector to apply for this exciting Supply Planner role.
