The Role: Are you ready to take your supply chain management skills to the next level? We are seeking an individual who demonstrates exceptional supply chain management skills and a strong drive to join our team as a Supply Planner. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple business units and play a crucial role in ensuring flawless supply planning and inventory management.
Reporting to the Senior Demand Planner, you will be responsible for monitoring and mitigating supply exceptions at a country level while tracking and reducing gaps between inventory and customer demand specifically within the import markets.

Responsibilities: Coordinating the procurement of finished goods from upstream manufacturers worldwide, utilizing ERP systems to maintain optimal inventory levels within budgetary constraints
Effectively managing schedule agreements and purchase orders within SAP, using MRP skills to adhere accurately to forecasts
Regularly reviewing spare parts requirements and drive in the required inventory to fulfill firm customer orders
Effectively communicating supply challenges to colleagues within the company, sharing estimated delivery schedules and working together to find suitable alternatives when needed
Providing shipment ETA's and maintain a register of inbound replenishment
Collaborating with the Senior Demand Planner to support the monthly demand cycle, providing input on demand plans and highlighting potential revenue risks
Maintaining all relevant documentation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements of the role include: A minimum of 2-4 years of related experience in supply chain management, distribution, logistics, transportation, customer service, or inventory planning
Tertiary degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related fields
Strong analytical skills and the ability to judge when to deep dive into data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage relationships with various individuals and teams in a globally dispersed and complex organizational structure
Strong technology skills across MS Office Suite and ERP systems, with proficiency in SAP, JDE, RapidResponse, or all three being highly advantageous.
