Own the opportunity At Kimberly-Clark Australia (KCA), we have an opportunity within our Supply Chain Planning Team, which would be a great next step in your career.
We are hiring for a Supply Planner, Adult and Feminine Care (AFC), which reports into the Supply & Demand Planning Manager. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, including the broader supply chain to ensure inventoried supply meets customer demand by maintaining optimal plant inventory levels. You will also develop and implement contingency plans, and analyse and resolve critical supply chain process and supply gaps.
You will own the AFC category on ensuring inventory is optimised to meet our customer requirements. In addition you will participate in Sales & Operations Execution & ensure clear communication to relevant teams within business (ie Demand & Overseas Mill teams) & actions are completed.
You'll also have the opportunity to: Supply outlook reviewed weekly & monitor inventory adherence, lead continuous improvement initiatives with regional team for your respective sector for example inventory, production cycle changes
Provide rough cut capacity planning volumes to cluster teams (Quarterly) based on inputs from local sector team on category growth assumptions and identify any constraints and communicate to demand team & provide recommendations on potential options to mitigate
Create strong partnerships with regional mill teams to ensure supply requirements are fulfilled and provide drivers related to supply where it has impacted OTIF & GFR and put actions in place to mitigate.
Participate in portfolio review on any NPI launches & also recommend SKUs for deletions based on performance.

Skills & Experience:

You are someone that is in a similar capacity role and will bring forward solid experience (3+ years) in Planning. You have knowledge and experience with CI/LEAN Green Belt or higher, SAP/APO-SNP together with APICS CIPM / CSCP or equivalent
You have demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams; you are able to manage multiple stakeholders cross functionally, and are able to articulate and identify business priorities, drivers, risks and opportunities
You are customer focused; as we put the customer at the heart in everything that we, you will need to have sound customer liaison skills, coupled with influencing and negotiation skills
You are a team player, and you bring forward your great communication as well as stakeholder management skills and apply your commercial and systematic acumen towards achieving the results. Together with your skills and experience, you will ideally hold Tertiary qualifications in Business Management or similar discipline.
