To continue our success, we are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and people-oriented Supply Planner. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term contract based at our Tingalpa site.
The main function of the supply planner will be to enable sales growth with high service levels through maintaining target stock levels and managing short-term capacity. The successful candidate will deliver production plans and schedules to manufacturing teams to ensure that sales requirements are produced as efficiently as possible.

Responsibilities:
You Will:
Maintain target stock levels at site necessary to deliver sales plans with high service levels and minimal low code write-offs.
Agree and maintain scheduling guidelines with the front-line manufacturing teams.
Manage short-term and medium-term production capacity through anticipating capacity constraints and planning overtime, effective stock building, agreeing engineering downtime windows, implementing production prioritisation as directed by the national team.
Maintain daily attainment KPI for all lines and feedback performance to line teams on schedule attainment to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
You Will Have:
Degree qualified in Business / Commerce / Management/ Engineering or related discipline (ideally Supply Chain), APICS degree, or experience in (min 2 yrs), a flexible, customer-driven supply chain, from a manufacturing or supply chain.
Influencing & communication skills to enable working at both floor-level and management level within operations.
Ability to manage to tight deadlines in a pressured environment.
Excellent financial and analytical skills.
Strong PC skills including SAP, financial modelling, Intermediate Excel spreadsheet and report writing skills as a minimum.
