About the role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supply Officer Supervisor to join our dynamic and growing team in Broome.

This pivotal role is designed for a leader with a strong background in supply chain management who is ready to oversee the day-to-day operations of our supply and logistics functions on a National capacity.
The Supply Officer Supervisor will be responsible for leading a fast-paced, dynamic environment by taking the reins of the supply team across our Australian Bases, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.
Reporting to the Supply and Purchasing Manager for key responsibilities and the Senior Base Engineer for all day-to-day matters.
Responsibilities of the role include: The control and administration of the store and supply activityOversight and Supervision of Australia Supply OfficersInduction and Training of Australian stores staffLiaising with the Supply and Purchasing Manager regarding any issues with procurement activitiesPhysically receipt and dispatch partsTransferring parts to other basesOversight of Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments for offshore helicopter flightsEnsuring the stores areas are kept clean, tidy and secureEnsuring any goods requiring specific storage requirements are adhered to where appropriate including dangerous goodsTo be considered for this role, you will need: About you: Excellent time management and organisational skillsExcellent customer service skills and good phone mannerExcellent communication skills – written and oralExcellent relationship management skillsA self-starter and an ability to work independentlyBy joining our team, you will work in a rewarding and professional environment, with a diverse team of people sharing ideas and experiences.
