We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Supply Officer to join our team.
You will be responsible for the seamless management of supply and facilitating the delivery of crucial supplies and equipment to meet operational needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing inventory stock levels and placing orders with vendors to maintain adequate supplies Coordinating logistics of incoming supply shipments and ensuring timely delivery Inspecting supplies and equipment received to ensure quality standards and specifications are met Maintaining detailed records of inventory flow, reconciling discrepancies, and optimizing stock turnover The ideal candidate will:
Embrace and promote the values of MDHS – Genuine, Respect, Excellence, Accountability & Togetherness Well-developed organisational skills with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, set priorities and deliver on agreed outcomes within specific timeframes A background in logistics, inventory management, or procurement with strong attention to detail would be an advantage (not essential).
Have excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interface with various internal and external stakeholders.
