We invest in our staff's development and provide a culture that allows you to grow.We are currently seeking a full-time Supply Officer, who is responsible for assisting the supply manager in the purchasing and distribution of stock for the St Luke's Care campus. This is a full-time position that will require a commitment of working Monday to Friday.Key Areas of Responsibilities:Efficient application of all medical & non-medical purchasing procedures.Efficient receipt, recording & distribution of stock & non-stock items including appropriate storage.Perform imprest for all appropriate cost centres.Perform cycle counts on a regular basis.Expedite purchase orders on a regular basis.Maintain security of store as well as cleanliness of store.Maintain accurate information system – Butterfly.Collection & delivery of hospital mail.Follow stores procedures as directed by Supply Manager.Perform annual stock count and reporting.Maintain purchase orders for prosthesis consignment/loan stock.Have previous experience working in hospital supply chain 1+ years.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated professional/positive behaviour, including cultural sensitivity and respect.PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY TO WORK IN AUSTRALIA MUST BE PROVIDEDPLEASE NOTE ONLY SHORT LISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTEDAll positions at St Luke's Care are subject to relevant character and probity checks including criminal record and/or working with children checks.Immunisation against specified infectious diseases (or proof of non-response) are also a requirement of employment at St Luke's Care.At St Luke's Care we acknowledge the importance of creating a work environment that is welcoming, equitable and safe for all.
