Purchasing, Procurement & Inventory (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
We are looking for an experienced Supply Officer to join our close-knit team at the Greenfields Mill processing facility in Coolgardie. Reporting to the Supply and Services Manager,
As a Supply Officer you will be responsible for receiving, maintaining, and shipping goods coming into, or going out of our Greenfields Warehouse.
Responsibilities include:
Picking parts.
Inventory and Stock Management
Receipting of orders
Location Management of Inventory
Keep track of stock and update computer records.
Housekeeping of warehouse department
Prepare stock requirements timeously.
Administer all paperwork and delivery notes as per defined procedures.
Completing Purchase requisition forms appropriately
Assist with stock take.
General duties and assistance as required.
About you
We are looking for a self-motivated individual, who can build strong working relationships in a small team environment.
Demonstrated experience in stores, preferably in mining services/heavy industry.
Strong commitment to safety.
Excellent communication and computer skills. Pronto preference
Valid Manual C Class Driver's Licence (Essential)
LF - Forklift Licence (Essential)
Full time residential contract working in the Goldfields.Transport will be provided from Kalgoorlie (Residential only)
Our roster is 5 days on, 2 days off and 4 days on, 3 days off, 10 hour days.
