Proactively manage stock levels of critical spares and consumables to ensure availabilitywhen requiredReceive, unload, unpack, and check quantities against purchase orders for accuracy,inspecting for damageStock shelves, pick goods from shelves, record their movements, and handle data entryand paperworkOperating a forkliftEnsure all direct charge receivables are delivered to the correct location nominated on thepurchase order by the required dateEnsure the timely delivery of all goods to siteOversee the day-to-day running and operation of a small-scale warehouseVerify and accept incoming deliveries, updating records for incoming and outgoingdeliveries
Perform goods receipting within SAPPick, pack, and arrange the collection of outgoing deliveriesAct as the point of escalation for issues related to deliveries, freight, or ordersPerform regular work area safety inspections and remedy any issues
