We are seeking an experienced Supply & Install Project Lead to join our Bunnings Commercial Team. About You As the Supply & Install (S&I) Project Lead, you will oversee the receiving and installation of S&I offers/joinery at multi-residential sites, ensuring top-notch service for our commercial customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting onsite measurements for all joinery and other S&I offers.Managing site logistics, including access and lift usage, while aligning customer expectations with business capabilities.Overseeing on-site inductions with subcontractors and ensuring all work is completed to standard.Ensuring subcontractors adhere to safe workplace practices.Executing practical and final completion sign-offs.Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Joining a collaborative team, you are a tenacious problem solver with a strong commercial mindset and excellent organizational skills.
Your ability to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively has driven your success.
Additionally, you bring:
Hands-on experience within the Commercial construction industry and extensive knowledge of the whole of build process.Experience as a Project Site Manager.Strong Joinery/Carpentry and associated product knowledge.Quick problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot architectural plans and CAD software.White Card Accreditation.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.A willingness to learn all S&I offers.We're here to support you.
