About the roleThis permanent position plays a key role in driving the transformation program within our Nutrition and Energy business unit at GrainCorp.
It is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and expertise in change management, process implementation and transformation.
The successful applicant can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney.
Initially, the role will focus on preparing for the implementation of SAP IBP as part of our program of work.
Once implemented, you will join the Integrated Business Planning team, helping to transition from legacy systems and enhance our demand and supply planning processes.
Primary Objectives: Support a successful SAP S/4HANA IBP implementationGather insights from within the business across Animal Nutrition and Agri EnergyDefine and uplift the demand planning processes for these areas across AU & NZSupply planning across the networkNetwork understanding and understand optimal pathsSupporting the demand planning process across AU & NZSupporting demand planning improvements with key customersSupporting the IBP process with key customer assumptions, insights, and data analytics to improve customer service and lowest costProviding data analytics into customer behaviours resulting in operational impacts including customer sale changes and potential customer operational impactsAbout your experienceOur successful candidate must have previous experience in the implementation of S/4 Hana IBP Module.
