About the role This permanent position plays a key role in driving the transformation program within our Nutrition and Energy business unit at Grain Corp.
It is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and expertise in change management, process implementation and transformation.
The successful applicant can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney.
Initially, the role will focus on preparing for the implementation of SAP IBP as part of our program of work.
Once implemented, you will join the Integrated Business Planning team, helping to transition from legacy systems and enhance our demand and supply planning processes.
Primary Objectives: Support a successful SAP S/4 HANA IBP implementation Gather insights from within the business across Animal Nutrition and Agri Energy Define and uplift the demand planning processes for these areas across AU & NZ Supply planning across the network Network understanding and understand optimal paths Supporting the demand planning process across AU & NZ Supporting demand planning improvements with key customers Supporting the IBP process with key customer assumptions, insights, and data analytics to improve customer service and lowest cost Providing data analytics into customer behaviours resulting in operational impacts including customer sale changes and potential customer operational impacts About your experience Our successful candidate must have previous experience in the implementation of S/4 Hana IBP Module.
Other key skills we are looking for include: Self-starter with proven proactive project implementation experience Comfortable to lead change Previous Supply & Demand planning experience Agricultural demand influencing factors High level of analytic ability Detail focussed with high level of accuracy Ready to apply? / How do you apply?
