Main Responsibilities: Coordinate communication between Customer Service, transport, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations. Follow up on quotes and orders marked as "Awaiting Approval."
Process orders and shipments, including managing non-available items, ETA dates, and invoicing. Provide timely updates on delivery status, charges, and availability to Customer Service. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and efficient delivery schedules. Maintain accurate control reports and documentation to ensure compliance. Assist other departments as needed on stock and purchase orders. Be prepared for out-of-hours and weekend work to ensure task completion. Who you are: Good communication skills and command of the English language (oral and written). A solid understanding of the Logistics Industry and experience in its regulations. Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive with a focus on problem-solving. Able to work under pressure and make sound, quick decisions. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaborate across departments. Detail-oriented and systematic, with a strong focus on Health and Safety.
