About the role As a Supply Chain Systems Specialist, you will lead the day-to-day maintenance and support of our supply chain enterprise information systems to drive continuous improvement. Your expertise will help optimise processes, ensure compliance, and resolve technical issues, ultimately contributing to the success of our business. About Business Insights and Excellence The Business Insights and Excellence group drives operational excellence by enabling best business practices, economic pricing, supply chain management, and performance optimisation to support the broader business and partners in delivering reliable, cost-effective, sustainable, and future-focused outcomes.
In addition, your responsibilities will include: Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to organisational and legal obligations, maintaining the Corporate Compliance Framework. System Support: Lead user support services, act as an escalation point for system faults, develop training strategies, and maintain data structures to ensure information quality and process efficiency. System Delivery: Collaborate with our IT team and software vendors on periodic system upgrades and any integration changes, manage user authority audits and feedback surveys, and compile performance and compliance reports. System Optimisation: Identify opportunities for system enhancements, and oversee their implementation when developed by system vendors including test script development/execution, developing internal processes to align with system changes, producing necessary documentation and facilitating the change with users. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimise outcomes. Your success in this role will come from: Tertiary qualifications in Business Information Systems or equivalent experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and strong analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Experience with eProcurement technologies (e.g., Zycus, Ivalua) and ERP solutions (e.g., Hitachi Energy Ellipse) (Desirable).
