Supply Chain Specialist, PKV Exit Program Are you a Supply Chain professional ready to take on a challenge to define your career? We're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our Parkville Exit program team on the crucial strategic project to transition CSL Seqirus Australian Operations from Parkville to the Banksia sites and prepare the Parkville site for handover to the Victorian Government. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact and showcase your project management skills and achieve results.
This exciting opportunity is a fixed term role until 30 June 2026, and would be suitable for someone who has in-depth knowledge of the influenza business and manufacturing site operations to support program requirements.
The Role
Under general supervision, responsible for coordinating and driving the implementation of supply chain exit program activities across all supply chain departments, aligned with the overall Parkville Exit Hoshin program. Coordinate/oversee all aspects of the supply chain workstream governance forums including scheduling and tasking internal resources to assigned work as well as leading issues management. In consultation with relevant supply chain SMEs and leadership across the site and business support the development and execution of the following key deliverables; Transition strategy of the Parkville Warehouse and Finished goods area to Tullamarine whilst in parallel support ongoing site activities for Seqirus and Zoetis Materials assessment forum to ensure optimal balance of stock is available to support site activities whilst reducing overall inventory capital Supply Chain Exit Change Controls Point of contract for internal stakeholders in relation to Supply Chain Exit workstream activities. Review and update policies, SOPs and other relevant supply chain documentation linked to the Supply Chain Exit Change Control. Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in supply chain or technical field relevant to pharmaceuticals. 3-5 years' experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Management and or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Demonstrated ability to lead project work with multiple stakeholders. Strong data analysis and project experience. Functional knowledge of cGMP and manufacturing operations.
