The Opportunity Canopy Growth is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our ANZ team. As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will manage the import/export and domestic flow of our infused and non-infused products and support the continued growth of the ANZ operation. You will enjoy engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders building relationships with ease.
Responsibilities Plan & execute material and inventory delivery for a full portfolio.
Collaborate and lead with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan, and facilitate on-time materials to local CMO's as and when required.
Regular update of supply forecast to reflect changes in regional events and/or run rates at individual product level.
Negotiate and conduct daily business with suppliers and freight forwarders.
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing with vendors and suppliers.
Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedules, liaising closely with key stakeholders.
Monitor & evaluate processes to ensure full compliance to agreed standards & targets and in turn support corrective and/or continuous improvement initiatives on an ongoing basis.
Oversee inbound/outbound orders, back-up to fulfilment.
Other duties as required.
Experience Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to effectively manage workload and prioritise to meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years' experience in a similar role
Analytical thinker with strong cost/benefit analysis skills
Other Details This is a part-time position based in our Notting Hill, VIC office.
Adhoc field work will be required, a current driver's license and own car is essential.
