They are seeking a Supply Chain Project Coordinator to join their team based in Erskineville to manage the process from placement of purchase order until handover (FOB) or receipt (Replenishment/Presold) of order.
Job Description The Supply Chain Project Coordinator will have the following responsibilities: Own the process from placement of purchase order until handover (FOB) or receipt (Replenishment/Presold) of order.Coordinate the information flow between stakeholders, internal and external.Identify exceptions (e.g., at-risk deadlines) and proactively follow up.Drive process improvement and streamline purchasing.Follow the source/Critical Path method.The Successful Applicant The successful Supply Chain Project Coordinator must be: Process-oriented - able to identify process gaps and lead process change.Excellent in communication, dealing with customers, clients, and stakeholders.Skilled in stakeholder management, internal stakeholders (Buyers, Finance, Logistics, Admin team, Sales).Experienced with international (China, India) procurement and order management is preferred.Experienced in retail and/or wholesale will be well regarded.Experienced in Supply Chain/Supply Chain Solutions specialist/Supply Chain analyst/Logistics/Supply Chain Project coordinator.Familiar with working within an SME.Knowledgeable of critical path method.Proficient in Excel.Able to navigate ambiguity, process-driven.Nice to have: Any project management certifications like Prince2.Exposure to FOB (Free On Board).What's on Offer A competitive salary package of AUD 90,000 - AUD 100,000 plus superannuation.Potential weekly hybrid schedule in the future.A collaborative and supportive company culture.Career development opportunities within the company.We encourage all qualified candidates who are ready to take their career to the next level to apply.
