Supply Chain Partnerships & Projects ManagerAbout the role Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain - ANZ and Asia, this important role will lead high impact initiatives and boldly cultivate critical relationships with key Supply Chain partners across TWE's Freight Forwarders and 3PLs.
In addition, it will have a focus on strategic projects to enhance TWE's operational excellence, drive growth and resilience across the Supply Chain business units.
Develop Supply project and operational excellence initiative agenda, prioritised by and directly linked to Supply's Strategy and TWE Group initiatives.Identify constraining business problems impacting the Supply business and facilitate cross functional alignment and collaboration to minimise/resolve.Lead high priority project governance managing resources, timelines, and budgets for on-time, cost-effective delivery.Serve as the main point of contact for TWE's global freight forwarder, cultivating a strong and effective partnership built on open communication, trust and mutual benefit.Continuously monitor the freight forwarders KPIs to ensure adherence to the agreed service levels.About you With qualifications in Supply Chain Management, you will have demonstrated ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders within a broad range of settings.Proven experience in Supply Chain (wine preferred) with project management experience & delivering complex projects.Demonstrated ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders and broad range of settings.Excellent time management skills with the ability to work flexibly with work hours given Supply operates in different time zones across the globe.Strong business sense and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all levels of management.Highly organised with a systematic approach to task execution with use of Microsoft apps, especially in PPT, Visio and Excel.What's in it for you AFR Boss Best Places to Work Top 10 Manufacturing and Consumer 2023.Access to the world's most admired wines through our employee product allowance.Flexible/hybrid environment to empower you to be your best.Global opportunities across Australia & New Zealand, the US, Asia, UK/Europe.Opportunity to build a career across multiple functions (we're really good at doing this!).Structured development programs to support your health, wellbeing and career."TWEforME Day" – an additional day of leave each year, for you to do you.Meeting-free Monday mornings (we all love this!).What's it like to work here?
