We are investing in new and existing capabilities and have a number of exciting opportunities available.The Supply Chain Optimisation Analyst is responsible for conducting complex modelling analysis of the end-to-end network to generate insights that help improve supply chain performance. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to reduce lead times, lower costs, and enhance service delivery. The Analyst will also work closely with the Supply Chain Optimisation Lead, playing a critical role in various projects across the value chain inclusive of software implementation & enhancement.Key AccountabilitiesPerform complex modelling analysis across topics such as sourcing network, transportation network, DC capacity, customer returns analysis.Apply advanced data science methodologies to create and operationalise operational reports in collaboration with Sourcing & Supply Chain function heads.Conduct comprehensive analysis of supply chain data, including lead times, costs, and service levels, to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.Track and report on supply chain performance metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, inventory turnover), providing regular updates to the Supply Chain Optimisations Lead and other stakeholders.Assist in the execution of complex sourcing and supply chain projects by providing analytical support, ensuring accurate data is used to inform decisions and measure success.Support the development and implementation of new tools, systems, and processes that enhance supply chain efficiency and scalability.Key CapabilitiesExperience in Supply Chain operations, preferably network optimisation, lead time reduction, and cost management.Previous experience in a similar analytical role providing insights to improve business performance and outcomes.Expertise in analysing large datasets to inform supply chain strategy and decision-making, with a focus on driving efficiency and service improvements.Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances, solve complex problems, and innovate new solutions to optimise the supply chain.Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights for the sourcing and production teams.Familiarity with supply chain management systems (e.g., PLM) and the ability to integrate supplier performance data with internal platforms.Strong attention to detail, especially in maintaining supplier data accuracy and managing contractual agreements.Why work for CRG?The Country Road Group is one of Australasia's largest Lifestyle Brand Houses comprising of iconic brands such as Country Road, POLITIX, Trenery, Witchery and MIMCO.
