About the Role You will be reporting to the Supply Chain Manager OTR AP. The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate the OTR operational processes (Export & Import Shipments) & internal order processes.
Key responsibilities will include: Order management such as placing and maintaining orders on all global plants for supply into Asia. Maintaining order status report for all open PO's.Customer Liaison for order status and documentation for all Export shipments.Liaise with all Business Development managers for order status and clearance for all Replacement imports.Maintaining daily and monthly inventory and import reports, updating V prices & Landed costs into Australia.Provide backup for customer service associate and support for AP OTR Supply Chain manager.About You You will have a keen eye for detail and have a high level of organization skills. You will be able to prioritise your workload, work proactively and meet deadlines.
You will also have:
3 years' experience in import/export logistics role essential.High organizational skills.Great people and relationship building skills.What's on Offer?
