About the Role…End to End Supply Chain Management :Oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand and supply planning, logistics operations, repacking operation, customer service and SHE to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders (including Commercial team, Finance team, procurement team etc) to drive a productive and efficient business environment.Develop and support a team of supply chain professionals, fostering their growth and effective communication.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.Conceptualize and operationalize strategies that increase speed, flexibility, and agility across the value chain.Strive for operations excellence and continuous productivity improvement on the daily operations and workflow management of the supply chain.Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements etc.Handle ad-hoc duties related to supply chain management, such as vendor management, contract negotiations, risk management, and other strategic initiatives.Planning:Lead sourcing strategy including strategic and tactical sourcing decisions.Ensure Innovation project landed on time in full.Accountable for the delivery of Dispatch rate and CCFOTImplement and maintain effective inventory management strategies to meet DOH target, including inventory optimization, safety stock management, and inventory control process.Drive Business waste analysis and reduction.Manages demand planning processes in conjunction with Customer Business Development, Marketing, Finance and related functions within Supply ChainLead the development and facilitates the deployment of new capabilities in the area Demand and Supply PlanningNegotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods, optimizing transportation routes, and reducing costs.Customer Service:Manage Order to cash (O2C) process including audit control point.Drive cash target delivery e.g. Overdue%Review internal/external customer feedback & operation issue to develop prompt and effective action plan.Drive collaboration program with customers to achieve operational excellence.Manage and enforce discipline as regards policies and proceduresLogistic & Repacking:Drive end to endinnovation project to maximize the operation efficiency.Prepare transportation and warehousing costs budgets and ensure the expenses are within annual budget.Support End to End cost analysis and develop improvement plan.Effectively manage 3PL relationships / performance in both logistics and Repacking, with KPI and benchmarkingWork with Global Procurement on the inbound freight rate to ensure local requirement is met.Safety, Health and Environment (SHE):Deploy and monitor the implementation of SHE strategies, policies and guidelines and control mechanism for the compliance of local regulatory and Unilever requirements.Develop mechanism to conduct the workplace inspection and investigation to identify and reduce potential hazards.Provide training and education to Company personnel regarding safety requirementsCollaborate with other departments to ensure health and safety considerations are integrated into business operation / related events.About the Person…Proven experience in supply chain managementExperience in FMCG industry is an advantageExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong business & operational acumen.Excellent communication and influencing skillsSolid people management skillsAbility to deal with 3rd partiesA Unilever é uma organização comprometida com equidade, inclusão e diversidade para impulsionar nossos resultados de negócios e criar um futuro melhor, a cada dia, para nossos diversos funcionários, consumidores globais, parceiros e comunidades.
