Their flagship product, designed to target pathogenic bacteria and enhance GI health and immunity, has gained significant popularity in both domestic and international markets and is the only product of its kind meeting an unmet need.The OpportunityAs they pivot from a small-scale operation into the next stage of growth, you will manage the end-to-end supply chain program. Reporting directly to the COO, this new role will be instrumental to the continued success of their business, and will include:Developing and implementing comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives, from production through to distribution of finished products.Collaboration with internal marketing and executive staff to monitor sales and market trends, regulatory changes, and customer demands to anticipate supply chain challenges.Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with third-party vendors, including suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors, to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards are met.Implement best practices for inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics to improve and maintain efficiency throughout the supply chain process.Management of Pharmaceutical primary packing, secondary packing and distribution to customers within Australian and overseas markets.Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies and contingency plans to overcome disruptions across each stage of the process.The RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Demonstrated expertise managing end-to-end pharmaceutical supply chain processes, especially in planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution.Experience in project management highlighted by successful delivery of similar supply chain projects.Strong leadership experience or potential as a leader within the organisation.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and proven ability to make data-driven decisions.The OfferThe successful candidate will join an innovative company during this exciting stage of business growth and play an important role in developing key strategies and processes that ensure continuity of this success.
