Supply Chain Manager Hiring For Abroad

Responsibilities:Develop, teach and reinforce safety guidelines and protocolsFollow up after accidents and injuries on the floorCreate supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speedProvide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivityTrain and mentor SCM employeesCollaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gapsFocus on safety, cost management and business growth in all interactions and directivesPrepare and submit weekly reports to COOOptimize warehouse functionsHandle communications and negotiations with external suppliersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in supply chain management or logistics (typically 2+ years).Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.Note:This job is only for ABROAD location (NOT for INDIA)#J-18808-Ljbffr
