Key Responsibilities:Manage inbound and outbound material flow through 3PL warehousesResolve order issues related to stock discrepancies, damaged goods and moreCollaborate with 3PLsCoordinate with transport partners on shipments, addressing delivery challenges, delays, or damaged freightHandle customer complaintsTrack sales orders and maintain reporting to ensure shipments are on scheduleParticipate in KPI reviews and drive improvements in logistics performanceManage export processes, including returns to suppliersSupport cross-functional logistics tasks, including inventory accuracy and inbound/outbound processingWho We're Looking For:Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or transport environmentPrevious experience managing third-party suppliers is a plusProficiency with ERP systems, SAP experience is an advantageStrong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholdersCustomer service-driven, able to handle a fast-paced, busy environment with a focus on solutionsStrong data analysis capabilities with attention to detailFamiliarity with operational planning and logistics management practicesTertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is advantageous but not essentialWhy Join Us?Be part of a leading team in a growing industry.
