Supply Chain Specialist
Full Time 12-Month Contract with flexibility to work from home

About The CompanyOur client is a global medical devices leader based in Greater Western Sydney.
About the RoleAs a key member of the supply chain team, you will facilitate operational improvements that will have a substantial impact on the business results. Your vast experience in logistics operations will be utilized to develop relationships with the Warehousing, 3PL providers & service department to ensure operational excellence to customers, while working with a mindset of continuous improvement to achieve optimal performance.
Key Areas of Focus for the Role Include:Forward Logistics, Reverse Logistics & Inventory ManagementSupport forward and reverse logistics and the wider service delivery team by performing varied tasks, completing analysis and reporting on regular KPIs to the broader business.Parts Escalations & Back Order Management through ASAP Tool Next Flight Out, Same Day and after hours delivery Coordination.Critical Parts Order Redirections & Hold for Collection to expedite delivery lead time.Work closely with 3PL providers to ensure parts availability and delivery on time to meet customer expectations.Monitor, investigate & resolve issues related to GIT Control consignment / engineer return process.Monitor, investigate & resolve issues related to goods in transit from field team & warehouses.Resolve issues with non-conforming parts when 3PL unable to process (PRR).Return shipments to SPS (Defectives, DEFOA/DOAs and Rebalancing).Follow up ship-hold or market holds to ensure 3PL providers have completed segregations or required confirmations.Local Distribution Center (LDC) operations support.Damaged & Expired stock management - Salvage or scrap.Daily Stock Reconciliation – Resolve issues related to failed IDOCS & investigate discrepancies.Demand planning analysis to ensure forecast accuracy.The Successful Applicant Will Demonstrate the Following Skills and Attributes:Ability to analyze dataExposure to demand planning methodologiesHighly organized, able to multitask and prioritize multiple tasksMinimum 2 years experience in similar logistics rolesExperience in SAP and Salesforce/Service MaxNext StepsIf you are ready to submit your resume please select "Apply Now".
