Supply Chain Management - Randstad

Randstad is currently working with a top tier Defence contractor on a critical platform supporting the Australian Defence Industry. As the Supply Chain Lead, you will support this role which will have responsibility across the Program for aligning supply chain strategy, relationships, and performance.
About the Role

Leading the development of sourcing strategies and supplier development activities
Developing and managing global industrial engagement plans
Managing the performance of the supply chain
Developing and managing cost reduction activities
Negotiating commercial arrangements for the design & construct phase of the manufacturing facility

About You

Significant experience in a strategic supply chain environment
Manufacturing and production experience is desirable
Experience with strategic planning, governance, and procurement analytics
An excellent communicator who can engage and motivate diverse and geographically dispersed teams
Outcome focused and demonstrates strong values-based leadership
